Minimum Required Qualifications
Education - Graduate in any discipline, Computer Literate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in HR software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to analyze data and create reports for senior leadership.
Experience: At least 3 years
Responsibilities

In charge of HR processes deployment for MCA management employees.

Manages HR local situations in accordance with BV guidelines
-
Update/maintain the employee data in SF – HRIS.

Maintaining Personal files of all MCA employees.

Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

HR monthly reporting and database maintenance.

Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
-
Assisting and coordinating employee engagement initiatives.

Assist with the implementation of performance management systems, including objective setting, assessments, and feedback processes.

Collaborate with HR and management to identify opportunities for employee growth, coaching, and mentoring.

Assist in developing and executing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Support succession planning and ensure talent pipelines are filled with qualified candidates.

Partner with leaders and departments to identify talent gaps and align workforce development with business objectives.

Manage the onboarding process and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.

Maintain records of training and development activities, certifications, and performance reviews.

Organize and coordinate training sessions, HR events, development programs.

Prepare reports on employee development activities, program effectiveness, and feedback to help guide future learning initiatives.

Provide support in creating and updating competencies and career development plans.
