Minimum Required Qualifications

Education - Graduate in any discipline, Computer Literate

Technical knowledge

  • HR Generalist

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in HR software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to analyze data and create reports for senior leadership.

Experience: At least 3 years

 

Responsibilities

  • In charge of HR processes deployment for MCA management employees.

  • Manages HR local situations in accordance with BV guidelines

  • Update/maintain the employee data in SF – HRIS.

  • Maintaining Personal files of all MCA employees.

  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

  • HR monthly reporting and database maintenance.

  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.

  • Assisting and coordinating employee engagement initiatives.

  • Assist with the implementation of performance management systems, including objective setting, assessments, and feedback processes.

  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify opportunities for employee growth, coaching, and mentoring.

  • Assist in developing and executing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

  • Support succession planning and ensure talent pipelines are filled with qualified candidates.

  • Partner with leaders and departments to identify talent gaps and align workforce development with business objectives.

  • Manage the onboarding process and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.

  • Maintain records of training and development activities, certifications, and performance reviews.

  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, HR events, development programs.

  • Prepare reports on employee development activities, program effectiveness, and feedback to help guide future learning initiatives.

  • Provide support in creating and updating competencies and career development plans.
