MCA Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across the middle east, caspian and Africa region.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring & Auditing
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational adaptation
• Risk Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance-related risks
• Prepare risk reports for senior management
• Develop and implement remediation plans for identified issues
• Training & Communication
• Deliver compliance training to regional staff
• Create and maintain compliance documentation
• Communicate policy updates and regulatory requirements
• Investigation & Reporting
• Support investigations related to compliance violations and complaints
• Maintain detailed compliance records and documentation
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors
• Collaborate with Head Office and Regional Departments to ensure compliance
• Serve as compliance point of contact for the region

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, or related field
• 5+ years of compliance experience
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Arabic and French languages are advantageous
