P&U Sales Head - UAE

 

Main Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for IND RL  (P&U or EPC segment).
  • Identify new business opportunities, major tenders, and market segments aligned with BV services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure proper forecasting and reporting.

 

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Lead key account management for strategic clients (Utilities, EPC Contractors, Developers, Energy Operators, etc.).
  • Strengthen client relationships to secure long-term contracts and repeat business.
  • Represent BV in high‑level meetings, negotiations, and technical-commercial discussions.

 

3. Collaboration with Tendering & Proposal team

  • Coordinate with Tendering, Technical, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to prepare competitive proposals.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are aligned with BV guidelines and ensure high win rate.
  • Manage tender clarifications, presentations, and contract negotiations.

 

4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

  • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and client investment plans.
  • Provide insights to management on emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Position BV Industry services (Inspection, QA/QC, TPI, Certification, MWS, Asset Integrity, etc.) as preferred options.

 

5. Collaboration with Operations Teams

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure resource availability, and project delivery alignment.
  • Support mobilization plans, resource forecasting, and client onboarding when contracts are awarded.

 

6. Financial Accountability

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, and revenue objectives.
  • Drive profitability and ensure healthy margins through commercial decisions.
  • Support collection efforts by maintaining commercial alignment with clients.

 

7. Team Leadership & Internal Coordination

  • Guide sales executives, coordinators or business developers within the RL.
  • Ensure compliance with BV processes, ethics, HSE and quality policies.
  • Contribute to internal reviews, strategic workshops, and yearly budget planning.
