Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Information Security Consultant to lead and deliver cybersecurity projects with a strong focus on long-term strategic partnerships with major organizations in the Middle East.
This role combines hands-on technical delivery with strategic client relationship management. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that engagements evolve into multi-year collaborations that consistently deliver measurable improvements to security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Engagement – Serve as a primary cybersecurity partner for large enterprises, building strong relationships and aligning services to long-term client objectives.
- Risk Assessment & Threat Modeling – Conduct in-depth assessments of IT, OT, and ICS environments, identifying vulnerabilities and designing effective mitigation strategies.
- Security Audits & Compliance – Perform audits against recognized standards and sector-specific requirements, producing clear, actionable improvement plans.
- Operational Technology Security – Secure industrial control systems and critical infrastructure across diverse sectors such as energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, and utilities.
- Program Development & Continuous Improvement – Advise on the design and ongoing enhancement of cybersecurity strategies, frameworks, and incident response capabilities.
- Training & Awareness – Deliver workshops and tailored awareness sessions to strengthen organizational cybersecurity culture.
- Business Development Support – Collaborate with account teams to identify and develop opportunities for expanding engagements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of cybersecurity consulting experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale enterprises or critical infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in both IT and OT/ICS security principles.
- Experience with risk assessments, security audits, and compliance programs in complex operational environments.
- Knowledge of regional cybersecurity frameworks and sector-specific requirements.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GICSP, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Location is flexible, willingness to travel within the Middle East.
