  • Risk Assessment & Threat Modeling – Conduct in-depth assessments of IT, OT, and ICS environments, identifying vulnerabilities and designing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Security Audits & Compliance – Perform audits against recognized standards and sector-specific requirements, producing clear, actionable improvement plans.
  • Operational Technology Security – Secure industrial control systems and critical infrastructure across diverse sectors such as energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, and utilities.
  • Program Development & Continuous Improvement – Advise on the design and ongoing enhancement of cybersecurity strategies, frameworks, and incident response capabilities.
  • Training & Awareness – Deliver workshops and tailored awareness sessions to strengthen organizational cybersecurity culture.
  • Business Development Support – Collaborate with account teams to identify and develop opportunities for expanding engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of cybersecurity consulting experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale enterprises or critical infrastructure.
  • Proven expertise in both IT and OT/ICS security principles.
  • Experience with risk assessments, security audits, and compliance programs in complex operational environments.
  • Knowledge of regional cybersecurity frameworks and sector-specific requirements.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GICSP, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Location is flexible, willingness to travel within the Middle East.
