HR & Legal Specialist

Bureau Veritas is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR & Legal Specialist.

Position open for Tajikistan passport holders.

Location: Tajikistan.

Requirements:

• Higher education obtained in Tajikistan (preferably in Law or HR);
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of Tajikistan labor legislation;
• Strong skills in HR documentation and legal matters;
• Experience in obtaining work permits and visa processing;
• Fluency in Russian, English and Tajik;
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
• HR administration and documentation
• Drafting employment contracts and HR policies
• Legal support on labor law matters
• Managing work permits and supporting expatriate employees
