HSE Manager (Team Leader)

Bureau Veritas is seeking experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals with a proven track record in managing HSE supervision on large-scale dam construction, hydropower, or major infrastructure projects, with at least 15 years of experience.
Place of work: Tajikistan

Mandatory requirements:
Experience in hydropower projects is a key requirement.
Experience working on projects financed by international financial institutions is mandatory.
Proven experience in leading HSE teams in complex environments involving multiple contractors.
Knowledge of World Bank HSE guidelines and Environmental and Social Standards (ESS2, ESS4) is considered an advantage.

Experience 20 years
Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil or Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 
Professional HSE certification required (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, or equivalent).

Job responsibilities: 
Senior HSE professional with demonstrated experience managing HSE supervision on large-scale dam, hydropower, or major infrastructure construction projects. Experience on IFI-financed projects required. Proven track record in leading HSE teams in complex, multi-contractor environments. Familiarity with World Bank ESF (ESS2, ESS4) and WBG EHS Guidelines an advantage.
