As part of the global Industry & Facilities business of BV we are looking for an outstanding candidate and recognized hydrogen industry leader to join the global Industry & Facilities team. Based in Europe and reporting to the EVP, Oil & Gas GSL, this is an exciting role to leave your mark in shaping a world of trust and building the new energies of tomorrow.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure fundamental understanding of the hydrogen value chain (clients, competitors, partners, opportunities, business environment, regulation)
  • Define and identify portfolio of services dedicated to Hydrogen Value Chain
  • Define, plan and deploy global commercial strategies & sales campaigns
  • Own the global opportunity pipeline within the hydrogen market segment
  • Identify leads, develop opportunities and generate sales
  • Ensure regular customer interaction and key account management at C-level and operational levels of BVs hydrogen customers
  • Plan and deploy marketing campaigns incl. participation in trade shows
  • Provide leadership, governance and support to the global   hydrogen sales teams and global & local key account managers (KAMs)

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / PROFILE

  • Education in engineering (master or equivalent)
  • Min. of 10 years of experience related to sales & business development
  • Recognized hydrogen industry leader & expert with a min. of 7 years of experience in the   hydrogen sector along complete value chain (ideally both on developer/owner/operator, as well as supply chain side)
  • Min. of 5 years of experience in managing sales teams and key account managers
  • Proven track record of growing sales
  • Understanding of testing, inspection, certification & technical services related to hydrogen value chain or process industries.
  • Deep technical knowledge across the whole hydrogen value chain.
  • Fluent in English
