Bureau Veritas Iraq is currently looking to hire a Construction Manager for an on-site position based in Erbil
Job Overview:
The Construction Manager Consultant, the focus is on advising the client throughout the construction process and provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and objective insight to ensure the project stays on track regarding scope, schedule, budget and quality standards. This role focuses on offering recommendations and oversights, allowing the client to make informed decision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in construction management of complex construction projects.
Skills:
- Experience and working with consultant management company with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with large-scale or complex construction projects.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and project management software.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Work Environment:
- Primarily works on construction sites with office duties for reporting and planning. The role may involve travel between sites and clients.
