Project Manager (Complex Construction Project)

Location - Erbil, Iraq

The Project Manager would be the consultant for a complex construction project and the primary role is to provide expert advisory service on the project execution, helping, guide the client’s internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale or complex construction projects.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of project management and construction consultancy practices.
• Experience with large-scale or complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (such as MS Project, Primavera) and financial management systems.
• Deep knowledge of construction procedures, legal standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
