Assistant Manager (Test Package)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate activities concerning technical services. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, providing direction to laboratory personnel.
- Provide training, guidelines and technical consultation services and interpret results to users.
- Conduct necessary centralized technical training to the network.
- Carry out on-site technical audit.
- Conduct report audit. Create necessary laboratory performance data and resolution provided to the laboratory.
- Support technical review of client program manuals and protocols.
- Analyze industry research and development on best practices and benchmarking with regard to technical testing standard and assessment system for product testing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations/ industry standards and products to be tested.
- Provide technical assistance and operating support to other divisions/departments as needed; collaborate with the division/department managers in determining project priorities to establish work schedules and personnel assignments.
Job Requirements:
- University degree with minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
- With substantial operational and management knowledge and experience in laboratory industry.
- Familiar with various testing method development tools
- Proven success in analyzing situations and developing strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with management, business partners, clients and staff members.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is preferable
