Job Responsibilities:

The job incumbent is responsible for the performance of (OPEX) Cost control, Schedule control, Safety Control & quality inspections of site sustain & Improvement projects, to determine their conformity with reference requirements (standards, specifications, regulation, etc).

Usually the incumbent carries out his/her tasks independently, with supervision over progress or with supervision over result, and these may be on well-identified, or isolated assets, or on complex installations.

The candidate may act in any field of the relevant Business line, within the scope of his/her qualifications and certifications. Ability to perform the job in the framework of the BV Management Processes, BV Quality Assurance System; the BV Code of Ethics and appropriate Group Policies

Lead and manage day to day operation on follows:

  1. cost and changes
  2. safety related work
  3. progress and scheduling
  4. Coordiantion with design and contractor or any related parties on daily site work and construction activities
  5. Attend daily / weekly / monthly meeting with all involved party and accountable for stakeholder reporting and presentation. 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  1. Degree or Master in engineering is preferred.
  2. 10+ years’ experience in Oil and Gas in Terminal/Depot environment in Brownfield projects.
  3. Direct experience as Project Manager for projects such as Tank construction and refurbishment, Gantry loading, Terminal automation system, Vapor recovery unit.
  4. Accreditation by third party independent bodies such as PMI/APM etc.
  5. Conversant with Construction Safety requirements. 
  6. Excellent communication and change management skills
  7. Strong team leader with strong engagement skills 
  8. Proficient in English as well as fluent in local language (Mandarin and Cantonese)
