The Role
As an Invoicing Assistant within the Marine & Offshore Business Unit, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of all completed surveys and inspections. You support surveyors, management and internal stakeholders by maintaining smooth administrative processes and clear communication throughout the invoicing cycle.
This role requires precision, ownership and a service-oriented mindset, contributing directly to efficient operational performance within our Marine & Offshore division.
- Perform daily invoicing of completed Marine & Offshore surveys and inspections;
- Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external clients regarding invoices;
- Handle incoming emails and requests accurately and in a timely manner;
- Provide general administrative support to Marine Management and Surveyors;
- Collaborate with debt collectors, planning staff and surveyors to resolve invoice-related disputes;
- Monitor, document and safeguard traceability and quality within administrative processes linked to planning and invoicing;
- Contribute to achieving invoicing targets set by the Head Office;
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for both internal and external customers;
- Maintain effective communication across the Marine & Offshore team and supporting departments.
Your profile
- Higher vocational education or equivalent experience;
- Relevant administrative or invoicing experience is an advantage;
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal;
- Solid PC and system skills; comfortable working with various software applications.

You can work hybrid with us: partly at our office in Rotterdam and from home. You can assume 3 days at the office and 2 days from home on a full-time basis.
