What You Will Do

Bureau Veritas is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager in the Nordic region. In this role, you will be responsible for the business development and sales of our extensive portfolio of industry-related services in several markets (offshore energy, hydrogen, CCUS.).

 

Together with our team of experienced sales professionals, business developers, and pricing specialists, you will work on expanding strategic relationships with existing and new clients. Your focus will be on the energy sector (Hydrogen, CCUS, upstream energy, wind…). Your expertise will help our clients meet their increasing demands in the areas of sustainability, safety, and integrity of their key assets and projects.

 

In this role, you will:

· Be responsible for identifying and developing new potential clients within the market in the Nordic region.

· Be actively involved in expanding our current clients and building long-term relationships.

· Be the face of Bureau Veritas during contract negotiations, working closely with our technical and commercial teams.

· Be responsible for the preparation and execution of a business development plan, including achieving related revenue targets.

· Represent our services at relevant conferences and events.

· Play a strategic role in monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to our marketing and sales networks.

 

 

Who You Are

· You have a higher education which reflects the way you approach your work and way of thinking.

· You have extensive experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, contracting, or retail.

· You are a strong networker and can effectively communicate at various levels, from operational teams to the director level.

· You have a hands-on mentality, are reliable, proactive, and result oriented.

· You are able to understand the needs of the client, draw on the right expertise from our organization, and offer the client a suitable solution.

· You speak and write fluent Danish and English; other languages is an extra.
