Hours Worked: Typically, Monday through Friday, forty hours per week. Hyrid, on-site 3 days a week, but must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and responsibilities as assigned.
Position Summary:
The Social Impact Program Support Specialist provide support to the Social Impact team in advancing programs that foster individual and community well-being. Responsibilities include contributing to and supporting 30x30 and Global Health Access Strategy commitments, aiding in the management of global product donation initiatives, community engagement, and Foundation activities. The candidate will also facilitate employee engagement efforts, including United Way campaigns, Global Day of Service, and Connecting Hearts, thereby enabling employees to create meaningful impact both locally and globally. This position presents opportunities for cross-functional collaboration to reinforce a mission-driven commitment to advancing health worldwide.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data and Reporting
o Support data analysis and reporting for Social Impact metrics, including tracking progress toward the 30x30 commitment.
o Coordinate reporting for employee volunteer programs and other engagement initiatives.
• Program and Compliance Support
o Assist in managing giving efforts such as grants and sponsorships, collaboration agreements and monitor charitable contributions.
o Maintain compliance documentation for Global Health Initiatives to ensure adherence to internal and external requirements.
• Communications and Storytelling
o Help develop internal communications, including Viva Engage and SharePoint updates, to highlight impact stories and successes.
• Research and Strategic Insights
o Research emerging trends in global health and social impact to inform strategy and enhance program effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Execution
o Work across internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated and aligned execution of Social Impact initiatives.
• Operational and Administrative Support
o Coordinate and process payments to ensure timely execution of Social Impact initiatives.
o Manage routing and execution of legal and compliance documents.
o Support budget tracking, forecasting, and process improvement for payment and document workflows.
• Meeting and Event Coordination
o Organize and oversee large, multi-stakeholder meetings and convenings.
o Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings across internal teams and external collaborators.
o Assist with preparation of annual reports and major Social Impact events.

Add'l Duties and Responsibilities:
• Information and Document Management
o Maintain and organize document libraries within SharePoint and Teams.
o Develop dashboards to track KPIs for social impact and engagement programs.
o Prepare impact summaries and briefing materials for leadership and reporting purposes.
• Technology and Innovation
o Leverage AI tools in daily tasks to improve efficiency, including building agents and optimizing workflows.
• Compliance and Governance
o Ensure adherence to Company procedures related to donations and charitable contributions.
• Responsible for, demonstrates and holds team accountable for safe work environment. Complies with all safety and confidentiality policies and protocols. Reports safety incidents or near misses in real time to the Manager
• Report team feedback to the N+1 on a daily/weekly or monthly basis on milestones, goals, progress.
• Provide regular updates to manager regarding workload, new/updated tasks, and associate performance
• Follow the guidelines set forth with clients and Company Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Comply with clients’ and Company management systems in accordance with appropriate regulatory agencies.
• Perform other essential tasks projects and responsibilities as required.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 year(s) of project management experience: project coordination, business operations, finance, procurement, etc.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.
Compensation Range: $25.00-$27.50 per hour (e.g., the job posting is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, and actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset).
