Job Title: Finance Manager

Reporting to CCE

Reporting Location: Islamabad

 

Job Description: 

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals, in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Active participation in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to provide insightful recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements in the TIC industry, across various jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.
  • Prepares and controls monthly/quarterly/annual reports demanded by CCE, Region and Head Office.
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and risk management strategies to enhance financial stability and liquidity.
  • Procurement and Collections team will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Operations and Sales to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture ofexcellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and processes to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support scalable growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance, identify trends, and proactively address challenges and opportunities.
  • Drive financial performance optimization through commercial initiatives, revenue enhancement opportunities, and cost management strategies
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support commercial decisionmaking, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitoring cash flows and using the same to predict future financial trends.
  • Accident Insurance of all employees and sub-contractors
  • Insurance of all assets.
  • Statutory returns/ registrations in respect to Administration and renewals of all offices.
  • Salary Processing.
  • Full and Final Settlements.
  • Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.
  • Knows in depth the clients in Pakistan, their needs, expectation and their level of satisfaction as well as our increasing potential business in each one of them, developing the contacts and the necessary analysis.

 

Education:  ACCA, CIMA, CA.

 

Technical expertise:

  • Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications like JD Edwards,  MS Office suite specially excel and B&I, Analytical reporting
  • Hands on knowledge of Pakistan’s Statutory laws

 

Experience:

  • Min. 15 years experience as Finance Manager, Accounting and Reporting
