1. Position Details:
1.1. Position : HR Manager - CIF Pakistan
1.2. Office /Department: MER HR
1.3. Reporting to CCE – CIF Pakistan

2. Minimum Required Qualifications:
2.1. Education: Graduate in any discipline, Prefer MBA in HR
2.2. Training : Human Resources Management
2.3. Technical knowledge:
▪ HR Generalist
▪ Hands on experience in various HR processes such as recruitment, employee training and development and MIS generation.
▪ Knowledge on HRIS will be preferred.
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills
▪ Good leadership abilities and skills.
▪ Team Management.
▪ Should have a pleasing personality.
▪ Good communication and presentation skills.
▪ Good knowledge in MS Office
2.4. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in core HR activities in any industry.
3. Responsibilities / Authorities:
3.1. Primary Functions
▪ Implement and manage human resources programs, practices, and procedures across the CIF MER, with focus on GCC countries ensuring they are in line with business priorities, Group Human Resources policies, tools and local legislation.
▪ Provide a professional and comprehensive Human Resources supervision and support to GCC Country Chief Executive/Country Heads.
▪ Implement and monitor an Inclusion strategy and HR actions in alignment with the BV Strategic Plan.
▪ Deploy and drive the projects/processes for Recruitment & On-boarding, Talent Management, Training need analysis, HR process automation within GCC countries.
▪ Manage and administer MPMD process, Job Catalogue & Job Classification and banding as per the corporate guidelines.
▪ Ensure compliance with international and local statutory, industrial, and legal requirements and Group guidelines, including Ethics, Technical, Quality and Risk management.
3.2. HSE Requirements:
▪ Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices.
▪ Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor.
▪ Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
▪ Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation.
