Job Location: Islamabad
Role Purpose Statement:
Responsibilities for quality inspection equipment, products & safety inspections to determine their conformity with reference standards, specifications & Regulations.
Role Statement The job incumbent is responsible for NDT Inspector, He performs the job in the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policies.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plan the job with operation Manager after award of PO.
Completely handle the PAUT equipment, job execution and timely reporting.
Conducting PAUT training internally and externally.
Verify and keep the PAUT equipment in proper working condition with trouble shootings.
Evaluation of NDT results as per relevant code.
Perform UFD, UTG, MPI, DPT, VBT, VT and other methods as required.
Handling the client on and off site
Comply with HSE requirements of BV and site for self and team.
Perform RT after proper training and authorization.
Should possess marketing skills
Conducting PAUT training internally and externally.
EDUCTION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
KEY COMPETENCIES
Education: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HNC.
Experience: 5+ Years in the same field.
Professional Qualification: NDT level II (UT, RT, MT and DPT).
Good organizer and record keeping.
Discipline and strong interpersonal relationship.
Basic use of computer, Microsoft office tools.
Excellent English and local language skills is desirable.
