Job Tile: Jr. Engineer Reliability

Job Location: Islamabad / Lahore

Job Statement:

• Junior Reliability Engineer to support the Team Lead/Senior Reliability Engineer for Reliability Study including but not limited to followings:
• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Asset Criticality Assessment, Maintenance Job Plans, 
• EAM Data Preparation (CMMS), Asset Register, Asset Hierarchy, Detailed Templates for CMMS 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain asset registers for client projects.
• Prepare and Modify equipment hierarchy for plants/facilitates as per ISO14224.
• Ensure accurate recording of asset information including identification, location, condition, and maintenance history.
• Through grasp on principals of maintenance and asset management techniques such as RCM, FMEA, RAM, RBI.
• Conduct detailed RCM analyses for petrochemical facilities.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential risks to asset reliability and safety, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop and update Failure Modes, Effects Analysis (FMEA) for various equipment and systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Develop, review, and verify new and existing equipment strategies & PM plans based on approved procedures and standards to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
• Facilitate RCM sessions and workshops with cross functional teams to develop equipment criticality and equipment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive maintenance plans based on asset requirements and operational needs.
• Conduct workload planning to optimize maintenance activities and resources.
• Design and develop CMMS templates for SAP, Maximo etc.
• Customize CMMS templates to meet specific project requirements and client needs.
• Validate, upload and implement CMMS templates effectively for efficient maintenance management.
• Utilize mechanical handling software such as Autocad, Navisworks, and SmartPlant for asset maintenance activities.
• Proficiently use MS Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and reporting purposes.

Technical Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor Mechanical/ Electrical/Mechatronics/ Equivalent Engineering
• Experience: 2-3 Years in RCM & CMMS
• Other Skills: As Stated Above
