Operation Executive - Industry
Job Location: Islamabad
Role Statement:
- Responsible for planning and organizing inspection related activities.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Preparation of invoices.
- Follow up of invoices.
- Assistance in preparation of tender documents.
- Maintain and update the records.
- Any other job responsibilities as assigned by the N+1
- Preparation of PO related to subcon and maintain subcon ledger.
KPIs (to be amended if necessary):
- Perform & deliver as per commitment and client expectations.
- Error free data collection / Reporting
- Customer satisfaction feed back
- Unbiased decisions.
- No breach of BV QHSSE Policies.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
The following competencies are required:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in similar field.
- Should have a reporting skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills. .
- Ability to effectively communicate with Client, sub-contractors & colleagues.
- Management of work under pressure with tight schedule and willing for team work.
