Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer—Building & Infrastructure at Bureau Veritas Group in Islamabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, sales engineering, communication, customer service, and sales activities related to building and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and the sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of sales experience in building construction & infrastructure.
- Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Communication, and Sales skills.
- Experience in the building and infrastructure industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
