1     Roles and responsibilities: (Designation: Sales Executive; Industry Department)

Role Statement

  • Full-time as a Sales Executive (Industry Department) at Bureau Veritas Group to be based in Karachi & Islamabad. This role involves identifying and targeting potential clients, developing and executing business development strategies, and  ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
  • He will also manage the sales pipeline, prepare compelling proposals, and work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

The Sales Executive is responsible for:

  •  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets of Industry Department.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.

 

 

 

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Education: DAE / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Sales experience in Services Industry preferably TIC Company.
