We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be required to create partnerships with existing and potential clients as well as identify new service-offering opportunities to grow the business. The service offering will be required to:

 

  • Develop, monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the Business.
  • Prepare winning proposals KPIs and engage in direct sales activities to achieve lasting client relationships.
  • Prepare action plans to effectively achieve sales objectives and actively market the downstream businesses’ capabilities to potential clients
  • Utilize sales skills, in addition to technical service knowledge, to sell multiple product lines and develop cross-selling opportunities across business lines as they present themselves in key areas such as:
    •       NDT testing
    •       Construction Management
    •       Project Management consultant
    •       Inspection services

 

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales within the Oil and Gas or similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven high-level sales and business acumen
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Has experience in Business development oil and gas
  • Well knowledge of technical oil & Gas
  • Minimal Bachelor’s degree
