Scheduler Coordinator (Certification)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Scheduler team activities.
- Monitor and support the planner team to plan/schedule audits to meet service specifications, accreditation requirements, and budgeted audit days.
- Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance metrics and their follow-up on any performance backlogs.
- Chair the team’s internal coordination meeting
- Ensure that audits from the assigned programs have been planned/scheduled to meet service specifications, accreditation requirements, and budgeted audit days.
- Liaise with clients in regards to gaining a confirmed audit schedule and communicate the audit schedule to all relevant parties e.g. auditor, subcontractor, and admin.
- Maintaining audit scheduling database and other related data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of applied science in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Management Administration;
- Has experience in the same position minimum of 5 Years in a Company Certification Body;
- Well knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SMK3, HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC, RSPO, ISPO, IATF, ISO27001, ISO37001.
- Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia or local preferred.
