The role:

The person will ensure smooth execution of additives management operations in line with the BU set targets, goal and objectives by coordinating and providing support for execution of stock controls in compliance with BV code of ethics, procedures and policies.

The key responsibilities of the right candidate will include:

• Manage additive stock levels and reconciling inventory

• Refill addictive skid tanks
• Operate the additives system and issue certificates upon completion of fuel loading
• Maintain records and report on additives operations
• Assist with the commissioning of electrical connections for the additives equipment
• Provide maintenance support, in collaboration with the client's technical operator, for the additives equipment
• Check and ensure periodic calibration is carried out on the SKID every three months as required.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in mechanical engineering or related skills
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 management system and ISO 17020 system requirements
• 2 years experience in engineering services
• Proficiency in word, excel, power point, autocad/ archcad programs
• Skills and experience in oil and petroleum stocks controls or marketing is a plus
