1. Position Details
1.1. Position Senior Reliability Engineer
1.2. Office / Department TC Department – KHI and LHR Office
The RTC technical coverage addresses desktop high-end, high added-value QHSE related services to Industry, such as Asset Integrity Management Services, especially Reliability Centered Maintenance
1.3. Reporting to Lead / Snr. Reliability Engineer
1.4. Key Working Relationship
• Technical Center Engineers (RTC11 to RTC23)
• Technical Center Coordinators (RTC##)
• TC Document Controller (RTC02)
• Reliability, Maintenance, RCM, RCA,
He/She is expected to establish direct contact with Activity Managers of other offices within Middle East Region and MIRA Zone and whenever necessary with other Regions of Bureau Veritas organization.
2. Minimum Required Qualifications
2.1. Specialty Maintenance, Asset Register, FMEA, RCM
2.2. Education Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering or equivalent
2.3. Training CMRP
2.4. Technical knowledge RCM
2.5. Experience 5 to 10 years
3. Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities
3.1. Primary Functions
• Execute reliability engineering studies including Asset Register, Criticality Assessment, RCM, FMEA, RCA, defect elimination, and bad actor analysis with minimum 2 years of experience.
3.2. Technical Expertise
• Have experience of Maintenance Activities being carried out at Site related to specific disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation, etc.
• Develop and implement maintenance optimization strategies to improve equipment reliability and asset availability.
• Analyze reliability data and operational trends to enhance asset integrity and plant performance.
• Integrate and monitor IoT-based condition monitoring systems for real-time equipment health assessment.
• Utilize predictive analytics and anomaly detection tools for early fault identification and failure prevention.
• Ensure compliance with asset integrity management systems, reliability standards, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to maintain IoT connectivity, monitoring systems, and analytics platforms.
• Support reliability improvement strategies for aging facilities and critical assets.
• Prepare technical reports, reliability studies, KPIs, and improvement recommendations.
• Strong experience in APM systems, predictive analytics, and IoT-based online monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems, filling Templates and working on SAP will be advantage.
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools, condition monitoring systems, and reliability software.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
• Flexible to work with team members and join the team.
3.3. Business Requirements

• Assists in commercial actions in order to link client’s needs and Bureau Veritas’ services
• Prepare technical aspects of tenders (related to his field of competencies), including but not limited to :
- Scope of work
- Planning
- Cost structure

3.6. HSE Requirements
• HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and code of practices.
• Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor
• Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
• Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation
• Communicate to their immediate manager any unsafe work practice or condition and opportunities for improvement of HSE practices.
• Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
• Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare.

• Contribute to achievement of Asset BU 2026 Targets (Profit, Revenue, DSO …)
• Contribute to achieving of Asset 2026 Sale target
• Satisfactory delivery of assigned contracts with allocated budget
• Develop self-technical expertise in AIMS Project Stages and explore the potential areas of business expansion
