Senior TPI Lead Inspector

Job Description:

  • API 510, API 570, API 653, and CSWIP certified or have comprehensive knowledge and experience of 20 years in refineries or petrochemical plants inspection.
  • Shall serve as the overall lead for Third Party Inspection activities covering all disciplines including static, rotating, piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all inspection activities of the project.
  • Shall review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs) and inspection reports submitted by discipline inspectors.
  • Capable of interfacing with client, EPC contractors, Licensers and regulatory authorities on all technical inspection matters.
  • Shall ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications across all disciplines.
  • Shall mentor and supervise all junior inspectors and examiners deployed at site.
    Capable of reviewing and approving welding procedures, NDT procedures, and hydrostatic test procedures.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must hold API 510, API 570, API 653, and CSWIP certifications or equivalent demonstrated expertise
  • Minimum 20 years of inspection experience in refinery/petrochemical projects
  • Proven experience leading multi-discipline inspection teams
  • Strong capability in reviewing and approving ITPs and technical inspection documents
  • Experience coordinating with clients, EPC contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Relevant project experience of O&G (project construction, QA/QC & Commissioning) is mandatory
  • Candidate must have valid certificates – copy shall be provided along with CV.
