Talent Pool : Customer Service Executive

The Customer Services Executive will generally support the Business Development Executive in the undertaking of tasks in field or office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing self with all products and services offered by the Company.
- Assist the BD team in:
- Actively seeking new business opportunities in the government, construction, and industries including but not limited to the oil and gas industry.
- Preparing and performing bids and presentation to clients related to the company products and services.
- Promote company brand name and to expand the market share to widen business opportunity from small to big corporate clients.
- Update the visual presentation materials and sales kit.
- Assist to client’s enquiries as well as to manage and resolve issues & complaints.
- Assist in marketing events such as road shows, exhibitions, promotion of products etc.
- Perform contract review in consultation with the BD Manager, Operations Manager, QHSE Executive and/or Technical Manager.
- Drafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue to clients.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Any other work as assigned by superiors.
Accountabilities:
- Form good working relationship with the clients.
- Work cohesively with technical, business unit managers, QHSE, Operation Manager and other BD personnel for the preparation of any quotation, tenders, etc.
- Understand financial goals / budgets of the organisation and ensure full compliance to the KPIs set on monthly basis.
- To provide support to BV Network for quotations.
- Set initiative to learn and understand BV global products and services. At minimum it is mandatory to complete the 2 parts of Discovering BV in MyLearning system.
- Able to resolve problems within own work.
- Proactively manages own work and resolves conflicting issue to meet deadlines without compromising work quality.
Education:
- Background in Business, Marketing or similar.
Language:
- Fluent in Malay and English. Fluency in Chinese is an advantage.
Computer:
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
- Experience in similar field or work scope is an advantage.

Good communication and inter-personal skills
