1     Roles and responsibilities: (Certification Sales Coordinator - Lahore)

Role Statement

  • The Sales Coordinator (Certification Department) provides vital support to the sales team by coordinating daily sales activities, maintaining accurate documentation, managing the sales pipeline, and assisting with client communications. The role ensures smooth execution of sales operations, timely delivery of proposals, and seamless coordination between internal teams.
  • This position is essential in supporting business development efforts, enhancing client satisfaction, and enabling the Sales Executives/Managers to focus on strategic activities. The role performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, BV Code of Ethics, and BV Group policies.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for:

  •  Sales Support & Coordination
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales plans and supporting activities for the Certification Department.
  • Coordinate with Sales Executives to track sales targets, opportunities, and progress.
  • Prepare and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure the sales pipeline is updated regularly with accurate and complete information.
  • Client Relationship Support
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key clients by providing documentation, updates, and postsales support.
  • Support in identifying opportunities to crosssell and upsell services to existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention.
  • Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

 

 

  • Documentation & Proposal Management
  • Prepare, format, and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Ensure all contracts and proposals comply with company guidelines and internal policies.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, proposals, agreements, and communication logs.
  • Market & Competitor Coordination
  • Support the sales team in collecting market information, client needs, and competitor data.
  • Assist in compiling research findings for strategy updates and business planning.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and organizing client meetings, presentations, and internal review sessions.
