QHSE Executive

Position: QHSE Executive 

Job Location: Lahore, Pakistan.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and make a meaningful impact in our TQR & HSSE department based in Lahore as QHSE Executive.

Responsibilities: 
 

Management system:

• Identification of local high-risk activities and ensure that processes are in place to protect employees and mitigate the environmental impact.
• Mapping of local business processes and ensure they are understood and complied. 
• Assist in track and report required HSE and Quality and Security KPls to HSE and Quality and Security Manager(s) and local management (Tableau and monthly reports).
• Assist in developing or update necessary local procedures to comply with applicable requirements.
• Assist in maintaining the ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 certifications.
• Assist in identifying and disseminating best practices within the country.

Prevention:

• Assist to Conduct Root Cause Analysis of on-performance, propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist to checking the deployment of the Client Satisfaction survey processes.
• Coordinate in deploy Safety/security Campaigns in coordination with HR network.
• Ensure QHSSE induction and training material are appropriate, include Group e-learning modules, and coordinate with HR for the annual training plan If necessary, deliver training.

HSE Performance:

• Assist in the conduction of incidents & accidents investigation.
• Coordinates Management Review.
   

Competencies Required:

• Graduate: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering. 
• Experience: Minimum of 3 year experience in QHSE field.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, & ISO 9001. 
• Legal applicable requirements: knowledgeable in applicable local legal requirements.
• Accident investigation: able to coordinate an accident investigation (5 whys).
• Skills: communication, coordination & team working; problem-solving & creativity; independent performer; MS Office; data gathering; data analysis; report preparation. 
• Good English and local language skills is desirable.
