Job title: Sales Lead - Food Lab
Job Location: Lahore
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Responsibilities would be as follows:
- Meeting with Clients and attending social events
- Making a Business Plan and executing it
- Achieving the given sales & revenue targets
- Developing team and take the lead for business development
- Highlighting business lead, and identifying business opportunities
- Market analysis for identifying need of capability development
- Participation / exhibiting in exhibitions
- Enhancing the clientele in Food Lab Testing Services
- Be a team player and coordinate with current team
- Coordinating with Global Network labs and presenting solutions
- Troubleshooting for smooth process
- Acquiring Customer satisfaction
- No. of meetings in a month
- Achievement of assigned sales target
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Post Graduate / Graduate with min. 8 to 10 yrs. of relevant industry Sales experience.
- MBA Marketing will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in the relevant field.
- Good communication and writing skills, Fluent in English.
- A team player.
- Strong ethics and integrity.
