Job Description
Sales & Report Delivery:
- Drive new business by preparing pre-qualification documents for target clients and projects.
- Ensure seamless operations with meticulous document control for client contracts, billing, and quotations.
- Stay ahead by monitoring and reporting on active and completed infrastructure and building projects.
Project Management:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for site project employees, managing all access requirements for new hires.
- Maintain workforce efficiency with an up-to-date master database for active and inactive employees.
Financial Reporting:
- Optimize project finances by reporting actual expenses versus projected budgets.
- Streamline reimbursements and project cash flow replenishment through efficient invoice processing.
- Support HR with accurate timekeeping for all site project employees across the Philippines.
- Ensure safety compliance by handling turnover reports related to incidents and accidents.
Investigation & Verification Services:
- Control project costs with effective purchase management of site equipment.
- Guarantee quality by inspecting supplier and supply compliance with building and infrastructure requirements.
- Maximize equipment efficiency through regular calibration and performance checks.
Administrative:
- Manage logistics for certificates and document management for the BNI Head.
- Enhance employee skills by implementing e-learning trainings across BNI.
- Provide executive support as the BNI Head's assistant.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, clients, finance teams, and other members on budgeting and fund allocation.
- Communicate clearly with clients or project managers about project, event, or campaign expectations and goals.
- Ensure smooth operations by participating in customer/client meetings and distributing minutes to the operations team.
- Perform essential office duties with general administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Resolve issues promptly to provide accurate solutions to customer/client concerns.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Graduate of any course.
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in the construction/engineering services industry.
- Skills: Familiarity with P&L (Profit & Loss) is a plus but not required.
- Location: Willing to work in Makati City.
- Availability: Can start immediately.
