We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive - Sustainability to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while advancing sustainable practices across our organization and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and client acquisition for sustainability-related services.
- Support proposal preparation and client coordination activities.
- Assist in PPRS Impact Verification and other project documentation tasks.
- Maintain and updates sales records, client database, and communication logs.
- Regular visits to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and client communications as needed.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and sustainability-related events.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the sustainability team, including assistance in sustainability projects, data consolidation, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications:
- Background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in sustainability, ESG, environmental services, energy, or consulting industries
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of sustainability concepts, including ESG, GHG Emissions inventory, plastic footprint accounting, sustainability frameworks, or climated-related services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical, audit, and consulting teams to develop customized sustainability solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client sustainability challenges.
- Experience selling any sustainability-related services.
