Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing business development plans to expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships within the hospitality sector.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our services and value proposition to effectively support the positioning of our offerings in the hospitality market.
- Support the preparation of engaging business proposals that attract and convert prospective clients in the hospitality industry.
- Participate in negotiating contractual terms and conditions with stakeholders to secure beneficial partnerships.
- Help identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, both locally and globally, within the hospitality sector.
- Monitor industry trends and contribute to adapting our strategies to stay competitive in hospitality.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting on successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a business development or marketing role.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and support new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Motivated and eager to learn with a drive to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
