Bureau Veritas is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves conducting market research, developing client relationships, and creating strategic business plans. Key responsibilities include lead generation, proposal development, project management, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5-8 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in market analysis, client management, negotiation, and project management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in creating and executing dynamic business development strategies aimed at expanding both new client bases and strengthening relationships with existing partners.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our diverse product offerings and services, leveraging this knowledge to position our solutions compellingly to potential clients.
  • Craft and deliver persuasive business proposals that attract and convert prospects into long-term partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize key contracts, ensuring mutually advantageous terms while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Continuously scout for new and emerging business opportunities, both locally and globally, with a focus on sustainable growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and pivot strategies to ensure the organization remains a competitive force in the market.
  • Lead the contract review process, ensuring all agreements align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Provide regular, insightful reports on performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development or marketing management.
  • A proven track record of designing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated capability in identifying new business avenues and seizing opportunities.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and motivating teams to achieve set objectives.

Consistently successful in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
