Are you a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional with a proven track record of success in the infrastructure industry? If so, this is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and spearhead the strategic growth and development of our infrastructure operations and maintenance business.


As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive business plan that expands our customer base and solidifies our market presence. Leveraging your deep industry expertise and outstanding sales abilities, you will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, actively manage the full sales cycle, and secure high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets;
  • Elaborate effective marketing and sales strategies to penetrate the infrastructure sector and accelerate business development;
  • Proactively prospect for new leads, schedule appointments, and present our comprehensive service offerings;
  • Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals in response to tenders and RFPs;
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and handover to operations;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and authorities;
  • Maintain a robust market intelligence system to identify emerging trends and regulations;
  • Coordinate with our global teams to leverage technical expertise and resources;
  • Spearhead all marketing activities, including events, trade shows, and workshops.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 5-8 years of experience in the infrastructure industry.
  • Proven track record of winning contracts and growing revenue in the infrastructure or construction sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, commercial mindset, and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and project management software.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work.
