Responsibilities

 

  • Design a strategic business plan that expands BV Philippines' customer base and solidifies our position as the go-to partner for sustainability solutions;
  • Achieve ambitious growth targets and exceed sales goals for our comprehensive suite of sustainability services;
  • Spearhead the development and execution of a cutting-edge marketing and sales strategy for the sustainability sector, driving business development and rapid growth;
  • Identify high-potential business opportunities and leads, including following up on new or ongoing sustainability-focused projects;
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish with precision and passion: lead generation, appointment setting, presentation of BV's sustainability services, proposal preparation, follow-up and negotiation, and seamless handover to the operations team;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key authorities, industry bodies, and stakeholders in the sustainability space, positioning BV Philippines as a trusted partner;
  • Implement and continuously optimize a best-in-class market information and industry intelligence system focused on sustainability, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve;
  • Meticulously record all sustainability-related opportunities and proposals in our state-of-the-art CRM tool, Salesforce, driving data-driven decision-making;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop winning proposals in response to sustainability-focused tenders and RFPs, leveraging BV's global expertise;
  • Tap into BV's worldwide network of Technical Centers and Business Lines to obtain the necessary support and resources for your sustainability initiatives;
  • Anticipate and adapt to new and evolving sustainability-related legislation, regulations, and standards, positioning BV Philippines as an industry leader;
  • Lead all marketing activities (events, fairs, workshops) that showcase BV Philippines' sustainability expertise and capabilities, strengthening our brand presence.

  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the sustainability or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in the sustainability industry, with a deep understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to win sustainability-focused contracts and projects, leveraging your strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of consistently delivering results and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in office software (Lotus Notes, MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project Management) and adept at leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in other languages an advantage.
  • Passionate about sustainability and committed to making a positive impact on the world, with a strong sense of purpose.
