🔍 We’re looking for International and Local Key Expert Roles, with a focus on:

✔️ Design and construction supervision of airport project and facilities
✔️ Specification development and cost estimate preparation
✔️ Evaluation of technical and financial proposals

Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Must have degree- whether bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate, in either: Any Engineering/Architecture 
✅ Must have combined experience in the design and construction supervision of related airport project and facilities

International/Foreign Key Experts

1. IC Deputy Team Leader: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture + PRC/equivalent license
• 15+ years professional experience in Airport/infrastructure/construction
• Proven leadership on 3+ mega-projects (₱2B+) in design, review, or project management

2. Leader, Maintenance Inspection Operation Works: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field with valid professional license (PRC or equivalent)
• Minimum 15 years of work experience in relevant field
• Completed airport projects in at least 5 airports across 3+ countries within the past 10 years, with 6+ months tenure in design, management, supervision, or review roles

3. Baggage Engineering Peer Reviewer:

• Licensed engineer/architect with 15+ years' experience in airport baggage systems engineering
• Proven expertise across 3+ baggage system projects in minimum 2 countries within the past decade
• Advanced technical knowledge of baggage handling system design, refurbishment, and upgrades

4. IT/Systems Engineering Peer Reviewer: 

• Licensed engineer/architect with 15+ years' experience in IT or systems engineering
• Demonstrated airport IT/systems design expertise across multiple countries or senior leadership role (5+ years)
• Advanced technical peer review capability with proven track record evaluating complex infrastructure projects

5. Airport Operations Specialist (International Staff): 

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years total professional experience
• Minimum 10 years of airport operations expertise
• International airport operations background preferred

6. Airport Planning Specialist: 

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of airport planning or operations experience
• Proven expertise in airport masterplan development and facility planning across minimum 5 airports in 3+ countries
• Demonstrated track record in airport infrastructure specification and operational planning at international scale

7. Traffic Forecasting Specialist: 

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (engineering, mathematics, finance, or accounting)
• 10+ years aviation traffic forecasting experience across minimum five airports within the past decade
• Demonstrated expertise in airport traffic modeling and demand prediction methodologies

8. CNS/ATM System Specialist: 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, electronic systems, or related engineering; 15+ years managing complex CNS/ATM implementations
• 5+ years supervisory/managerial experience with major air navigation service providers, international CNS/ATM consultancies, or system manufacturers (Control Tower, Digital Remote Towers, AMAN, A-SMGCS, VCSS systems)

9. Air Traffic Management Specialist: 

• Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering OR valid ICAO Air Traffic Control License (current or held within past 5 years)
• 15+ years managing complex CNS/ATM engineering implementations across specification, procurement, integration, testing, and commissioning
• 5+ years supervisory/managerial experience with major air navigation service providers (1M+ annual flights) or international CNS/ATM consultancies delivering control tower, remote tower, or advanced systems solutions

10. Airport Security Specialist: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Security Management, Aviation, Business Administration, or related field)
• 10+ years of airport security compliance management experience with international/domestic operations, or advisory experience with airports, governments, and aviation regulators
• Aviation security expertise with demonstrated knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance protocols, and international aviation security standards

11. CAPEX Specialist aka Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer: 

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, accounting, or construction management with 15+ years' professional experience
• Minimum 10 major infrastructure project assignments (USD 36M+) as Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer
• Proven expertise in large-scale project cost management, financial controls, and capital expenditure planning

12. Opex and Revenue Specialist: 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/business + 15+ years experience
• Proven track record with 2+ major airports (US$200M+ capital/expansion projects or 10M+ annual passenger capacity)

Local Expert 

1. IC Deputy Team Leader: 

• Licensed Civil Engineer with advanced degree (Master's/Doctorate) in related field
• Professional engineering licensure with specialized airport infrastructure training
• 10+ years combined experience in airport engineering design, construction supervision, and project management
• Proven track record in similar deputy/leadership role on airport development projects

2. Sr. Civil Engineer: 

• Licensed Civil Engineer with Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Formal training/certification in airport operations, planning, and project management
• 10+ years combined experience in engineering design and/or construction supervision on airport projects
• Demonstrated expertise in airport infrastructure development and project delivery

3. Sr. Electrical Engineer: 

• Professional or Associate Electrical Engineer certification with airport/related infrastructure training
• Airport planning, project management, and implementation experience through formal seminars or on-the-job training
• 10+ Combined engineering design and construction supervision experience in similar projects
• Proven airport project delivery in electrical engineering roles

4. Sr. Mechanical Engineer: 

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Mechanical discipline)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with airport/infrastructure project experience
• Airport Project Training (planning, design, construction management)
• 10+ years combined experience in mechanical engineering design and construction supervision
• Proven airport project delivery with demonstrated technical leadership
• Infrastructure systems expertise (HVAC, utilities, mechanical systems in large facilities)

5. Sr. ANS/Communications Specialist: 

• Licensed Electrical & Communications Engineer with Bachelor's degree
• Airport/aviation industry training in planning, project management, and implementation
• 10+ years combined experience in engineering design and/or construction supervision
• Proven track record in airport infrastructure or similar large-scale projects

6. QA/QC Engineer: 

• Licensed Engineer with Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Airport/infrastructure training with project management experience
• 10+ years combined experience in engineering design and/or construction supervision
• Proven airport project experience in QA/QC or similar oversight roles

7. H&S Engineer:

• Licensed Sanitary Engineer with Bachelor's degree and airport/infrastructure project experience in engineering design and construction supervision; fluent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) required. 

8. Environmental Compliance Engineer: 

• Licensed Professional Engineer with Bachelor's degree in environmental/engineering discipline
• Airport operations or related infrastructure training (planning, project management, implementation)
• 10+ years combined experience in engineering design and/or construction supervision
• Proven airport project experience in environmental compliance or similar role
