Job Description
The Project Manager plans, directs, manages and provides oversight of the design and construction of the high-rise project to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed schedule and budget parameters. The Project Manager will work closely with the Bureau Veritas PH team to ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License in Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in vertical construction and related industries, with expertise in project management.
  • Required skills include project management, problem-solving, and strong communication abilities.
  • Willingness to be based on-site and work closely with the Bureau Veritas PH team.
  • Experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager specialized in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ability to start immediately.

 

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinating and managing all design, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations, in collaboration with the Bureau Veritas PH team.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including the client, design team, and construction crew.
  • Providing oversight and guidance to the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the high-rise project.
