Job Responsibilities:
 

• Conduct the audit against the SMETA requirements
• Review and close necessary nonconformance during the audit
• Submit the CAPR based on defined timeline in SEDEX and BV Office

Qualification requirement:

Lead Auditor

• University degree level or equivalent proven experience
• APSCA RA/ CSCA Level
• Soft skills (communication, presenting)
• Worker Interview training
• Homeworking (if applicable)
• Training in a globally accepted social compliance scheme (SA8000, amfori BSCI, WRAP etc) and international standards (ILO conventions)
• Regular training or information update sessions to ensure they keep up with changes to industry audit methodology best practices, local and international laws, and SMETA elements.

Supporting Auditor

• University degree level or equivalent proven experience
• APSCA ASCA registration
• Soft skills (communication, presenting)
• Regular training or information update sessions to ensure they keep up with changes to industry audit methodology best practices, local and international laws, and SMETA elements.
