Overview: Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services.

Responsibilities:

1. Receives samples and register the samples and their tests though the LIMS (Labware) in a timely manner
2. Ensures that samples submitted by the customer are within the required quantity, packaging, prescribed holding time and temperature to maintain sample integrity
3. Accomplish applicable fields on the sample submission form  
4. Attach labels to samples and timely endorse samples to the Laboratory
5. Process sending out samples subcontracted to local and other MNAQ Laboratories.
6. Engage in customer’s inquiries/follow ups/complaints received through walk -in call, text or email.
7. Ensure the confidentiality agreement form is signed by external parties upon entry to Laboratory premises.
8. Maintain and keep routine records
9. Amendment of COA with changes in client and sample details only (non-technical amendments)

 Other Duties

1. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and or General Manager.
