We're seeking a Contracts and Tender Manager specializing in Building and Infrastructure services. You'll manage complex contracts for construction, real estate, and infrastructure projects while leading competitive tender responses in this dynamic sector. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage contracts for building certification, inspection, and compliance services
  • Prepare and submit tenders for infrastructure and construction-related projects
  • Negotiate terms with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with technical teams to align contract scope with service delivery capabilities
  • Manage contract performance, change orders, and dispute resolution
  • Maintain contract database and track key project milestones

 

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in contract management within construction, building, or infrastructure sectors
  • Knowledge of building standards, regulations, and certification frameworks (ISO, local codes)
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder project contracts
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with contract management tools and MS Office
  • Excellent written communication for tender proposals
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines
