QAQC Inspector (Boiler) with NDT Certificates for PT and UT, Active BOSH Certificate, and 5+ Years QAQC Experience:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced QAQC Inspector (Boiler) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and quality control inspections on boiler systems, utilizing non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as PT and UT, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The candidate must have an active BOSH certificate and a minimum of 5 years of QAQC experience in the boiler industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive quality inspections on boiler systems, components, and installations

Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) using PT and UT methods to identify defects and ensure product integrity

Interpret and apply relevant codes, standards, and specifications to ensure compliance

Maintain detailed inspection records and generate comprehensive reports

Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues

Provide technical guidance and training to project personnel on QAQC best practices

Ensure adherence to all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of QAQC experience in the boiler industry

Valid BOSH (Boiler Operation Safety Handbook) certificate

NDT certifications in PT (Penetrant Testing) and UT (Ultrasonic Testing)
