We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control / Technical Assistant to join our hotel project team. This role is critical in ensuring all project documentation, technical specifications, and compliance records are properly managed, organized, and accessible to all stakeholders.
Prefer local candidate from BOHOL area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Maintain, organize, and control all project documentation including technical drawings, specifications, and compliance records
- Version Control: Track document revisions, updates, and ensure the latest versions are distributed to relevant teams
- Record Keeping: Create and maintain comprehensive filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Coordination: Liaise between project teams, contractors, and management regarding document requirements
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards
- Data Entry: Input and update project information in management systems
- Archive Management: Properly store and retrieve historical project documents
- Quality Assurance: Verify completeness and accuracy of technical documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Engineering degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in document control or administrative support
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or hospitality projects
- Knowledge of document management software (DMS)
- Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with project management tools
