Civil Engineer
Job Description
- Monitor the construction works of civil trade contractors.
- Conduct site inspection, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications, standard procedures, and methodology.
- Implement total quality work and overall health safety.
- Coordinate with designers and consultants concerning on-site conditions, design issues, and revisions.
- Attend technical coordination meetings with contractors and utility providers to address issues and concerns during site implementation.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Civil Engineer.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Project Management.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
Electrical Engineer
Job Description

- Conduct site inspection, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications, standard procedures, and methodology.
- Implement total quality work and overall health safety.
- Coordinate with designers and consultants concerning on-site conditions, design issues, and revisions.
- Attend technical coordination meetings with contractors and utility providers to address issues and concerns during site implementation.

Job Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer.
- 1-2 years of related experience.

Mechanical Engineer

Architect
Job Description
- Prepare schematic design and complete architectural working drawings and shop drawings.
- Involve in tender work and assist the tender team to develop schemes.
- Design for fit-out works.
- Coordinate with Design Consultants and Contractors.
- Evaluate estimates/quotations from contractors.
- Evaluate progress billing statements issued by contractors.
- Prepare as-built drawings as per site conditions and changes.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Architecture.
- Licensed Architect with at least 2 years of experience.
- Knowledgeable in project scheduling, cost estimate, and site supervision.
- Knowledgeable in project documentation.
- Willing to be assigned to any project sites.
