Elevate Industry Standards as a Seasoned Lead Inspector (Technical Manager)!
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Inspector (Technical Manager) to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving excellence in our industry-leading inspection services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and meticulous inspections across a diverse range of projects in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, or related sectors.
- Prepare comprehensive and well-documented inspection reports, delivering valuable insights to our clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Inspection Operations Manager to continuously improve our operational processes and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior inspectors, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of the field.
- Actively participate in client meetings, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Contribute to the development of innovative inspection methodologies and technologies, driving the industry forward.
- Maintain the highest levels of safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Registered Mechanical Engineer
- Authorized API 510, 570, 653 Inspector
- Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Fluent in English with proficiency in MS Office applications
- At least 10 years of experience as a certified inspector in the sectors we serve
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality inspection services and reports
- Excellent technical expertise and a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving operational excellence
