Overview: Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services.
We are seeking an experienced MEPF/QAQC Inspector to join our hotel project team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety systems throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection & Verification: Conduct comprehensive inspections of MEP systems and fire safety installations according to project specifications and applicable codes
- Quality Control: Perform QAQC checks on materials, workmanship, and installations
- Documentation: Prepare detailed inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Compliance: Ensure all work meets design specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordination: Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project management teams
- Testing: Witness and verify system testing and commissioning activities
- Site Audits: Conduct regular site audits and safety inspections
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in MEPF inspection on hotel or hospitality projects
- Certifications: Valid QAQC certification or equivalent
- Knowledge: Proficiency in MEP systems, fire safety codes, and building standards
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with inspection software and documentation systems
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Language: English proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Bureau Veritas or similar inspection organizations
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with 3D modeling software
- Project management experience
