Overview: Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services.

 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across Bureau Veritas operations in the Philippines and Southeast Asia region. This role combines market analysis, strategy development, and tactical execution to drive brand awareness and lead generation across our diverse Business Units.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze local market trends and activities within the Philippines and SEA region
  • Define and develop comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing service offerings
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analysts, Business Development Heads, and regional leadership to consolidate market intelligence and customer insights
  • Champion country-level specific strategies including outreach programs via industry associations and chambers of commerce

Digital Marketing & Tools Management

  • Implement and optimize operational marketing tools (Salesforce Pardot Campaigns, web communications)
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Google Trends to support lead generation and SEO initiatives
  • Manage monthly country website updates with case studies, new services, training announcements, and campaign performance metrics

Content & Brand Development

  • Develop and manage content factory operations (social media posts, brochures, presentations, videos)
  • Coordinate sales success stories and monthly newsletters reporting
  • Ensure consistent BV brand alignment through regular Marcom community collaboration

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with other Business Unit coordinators on marketing information dissemination
  • Support and coordinate sales and marketing regional meetings
  • Liaise with regional marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and brand discipline

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Pardot preferred)
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of SEA market dynamics and Philippines business environment
  • Strong content creation and communication skills

Reporting & Compliance

  • Report monthly on results, progress, and key performance indicators
  • Operate in alignment with Bureau Veritas Global I&F TQR framework
  • Adhere to Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics and Group policies
  • Complete assignments as directed by direct supervisor (N+1)
