Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Expatriate Project Manager to lead a complex high-rise building construction project in the dynamic Philippine construction market. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive high-rise construction project
• Coordinate international and local project teams
• Ensure compliance with Philippine building codes and international standards
• Implement advanced construction methodologies
• Oversee budget, timeline, and quality control
• Manage risk mitigation strategies
• Facilitate cross-cultural team collaboration

Required Qualifications:

Professional Background

• Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• 10+ years international project management experience
• Proven track record in high-rise building projects
• PMP Certification
• International construction management credentials

Technical Skills

• Advanced project management software
• BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Risk management tools
• Primavera P6
• AutoCAD

Language Requirements

• Fluent English
• French
• Basic Filipino language (is advantage)
