Job Summary:


As the QHSSE and Admin Officer, you will be responsible for streamlining administrative processes, managing QHSSE documentation, and optimizing our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems for the Fuels business unit in the Philippines.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our Coal (Operations and Lab) and Oil & Petrochemicals business units, ensuring efficient handling of administrative matters;
  • Oversee common administrative tasks, including monitoring reports, invoice generation, and issuance;
  • Review, update, and maintain QHSSE manuals and procedures to align with regional and global standards;
  • Manage and monitor government licenses and permits required for commercial operations;
  • Assist the Finance team in collection matters, serving as a link between business units and Finance;
  • Audit and update ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system documentation;
  • Develop procedures, work instructions, and forms to support ISO management system implementation;
  • Review and optimize the Fuels QHSSE system, including policies, processes, and tools.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, environmental science, or quality management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Thorough understanding of QHSSE management requirements in the fuels industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and training skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Familiarity with relevant QHSSE regulations and industry standards.
  • Certification as a Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is preferred.
  • Experience in the fuel/energy industry and familiarity with government licensing and permitting processes are highly desirable.
