Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Reporting & Analytics – Generate insightful sales reports tracking production, audit delivery, and forecasts to keep stakeholders informed
- Client Relationship Management – Manage training inquiries, coordinate appointments, and schedule presentations that convert leads into lasting partnerships
- CRM & Data Management – Encode registration data and maintain accurate records for seamless logistics and certificate issuance
- Budget & Forecasting – Support BD/Sales budget preparation and monitor performance against targets
- Meeting Coordination – Organize departmental meetings and maintain timely communication across teams
- Marketing Support – Collaborate on proposals, brochures, and presentations that showcase our certification expertise
- Market Intelligence – Conduct research on key accounts and industry trends to inform strategic decisions
- Contract Administration – Prepare and manage contracts with proper approvals and scheduling
- Inquiry Management – Serve as first point of contact for training inquiries, ensuring efficient routing to BD/Sales managers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a related field
- Over 5 years of experience specializing in sales, with a focus on certification and TIC services
